Where can I find a size chart?
Information about our duvet cover sizes can be found here and information about our Horizontal Wear sizes can be found here. You will also find a size chart with the exact dimensions on the product page of each item.

Is money donated to charity if I buy your products?
Only for the Le-Clochard and Le-Trottoir designs. But for these two designs we donate a large part of the revenue. We have already donated over €86.000,- to SZN. (updated August 2018)
And for each sold Crane Birds and Paper Zoo bedding set €1,- is donated to Cancer Center Amsterdam, where cancer research is done to find new medicine and better treatment.

How long after ordering do I receive my SNURK?
We try our best to deliver your order within 3 working days.

How long does delivery take for items with a yellow tick mark?
We try to keep the assortment in stock as complete as possible, but unfortunately that's not always possible. Items that are temporarily sold out have a yellow tick mark in our webshop next to the size instead of a green tick mark. The delivery time for these products is two weeks. 

Where and how is SNURK bedding and Horizontal Wear produced?
Our production takes place in Portugal. There they have access to the best quality cotton and printing techniques. Also, no child labour and everybody working on a SNURK works under good conditions for a fair salary. We are closely involved in the production process and regularly visit the factory and sewing atelier. You can find our GOTS certificate here. Read more about our cotton quality

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to any country worldwide. Except for Russia. Russian customers can order here: snurkrussia.ru
You can also check our store locator to see if there is already a shop that sells SNURK in your own city or country.

What are the shipping costs to my country (in euros)? 
Netherlands: € 4,95
Belgium and Germany: € 6,95
UK: €9,95
Australia €19,95
USA & Rest of the world: € 14,95

How much is the price in my country's currency? 
Because we currently get orders from all over the world we kindly ask you to quickly convert the price of a SNURK product & shipping cost to your own currency here: https://www.google.com/finance/converter  When you pay at our cash register with your credit card, your bank will automatically show you the total price converted to your own currency.

I ordered the wrong size / I regret my purchase. What should I do now?
Things like that can happen. If you have not yet unpacked and washed the product, you can change it within 30 days of purchase. We will give you your money back, but we unfortunately do not cover the shipping cost outside the Netherlands. Please mail shop@snurk.nl and send your package back to us. Address: SNURK, Cruquiusweg 96-S, 1019 AJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Don't forget to mention your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange.

There's something wrong with my bedding/Horizontal Wear. Can I change it?
Every SNURK has been made with a lot of attention and love. If by any change your products has a damage or other mistake, please mail to shop@snurk.nl. We read your feedback and take this into consideration. If everything indicates a poorly produced product, you can return the item at our expense and we'll send you a new one. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns with a damage occurred by washing the item incorrectly.

Can I return sale items?
Yes, that's possible. However, the shipping costs for returning the items are at your own expense.

I lost my pillowcase and now my duvet cover set is no longer a set. What should I do?
All our pillowcases can also be ordered separately in our webshop. You find the pillowcase listed as a single pillowcase at 'select a size' on the product page of our bedding.

How's the image printed on the bedding?
This is done by screen printing. This creates a very sharp image that stays nice and smooth because the ink is pressed directly into the cotton.

Can I wash my SNURK duvet covers and throw pillow covers?
Of course. If you turn your duvet cover inside out for washing (at max. 40 degrees Celsius) the image will remain beautiful even after frequent washing. Our bedding can also be put in the dryer. Included in the package of the bedding you'll find extensive washing instructions. SNURK throw pillow covers are made from velvet and can be washed, but at max. 30 degrees Celsius (gentle cycle). Do not iron or put your throw pillow cover in the dryer.

How's the bedding packaged?
The bedding is packaged in a sturdy, transparent plastic ziplock bag with a cardboard inlay with a large picture of the design. It will look great at a birthday party. Please add the wrapping paper yourself. 

I have transferred money to your account, but I have not received my items yet?
With a money transaction, it is possible that it takes a few days before the money is added to our account. If you really think it takes too long, please contact shop@snurk.nl. Very occasionally it happens that our producer is late with the delivery of duvet covers and we are temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we will inform everyone immediately of the expected extra waiting time.
